We can deliver within the UK, Republic of Ireland and internationally. All UK and Ireland deliveries are dispatched by courier or post (depending on your selection) and can take up to 5 working days (subject to stock availability). All overseas deliveries are can take 7 – 10 working days for delivery. Linguaphone does not accept any responsibility for charges or delays caused by international customs.

Returns
Linguaphone courses, where the delivery and sales invoice addresses are within the UK and ROI, are covered by a 21 - day trial period. If at the end of this period you are not satisfied, please contact Customer Services on

or email us at sales@linguaphone.co.uk to arrange a collection of your course (and any free gift). In this case, the Linguaphone Group will cover the cost of the return; therefore your forward postage and packing charge will be retained.
Alternatively, please return the course by a standard postal delivery service to the address below, ensuring that you include your full name and address. We would also recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office to keep as a receipt.
