I have not received my username and password to access Daily Services

This information is sent to you by email to your inbox as soon as your order has been processed. If you have not received this email, please email Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.co.uk quoting your full name and address and the language ordered. We will then ensure another email is sent back to you with the login details.

I have ordered and paid for a download however I have not received it

Your should receive an e-mail immediately after making payment which provides you with a link to the course download section. If not, please contact Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.co.uk with your full name and address. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

How long does a download take?

We are unable to quote a specific time for a download, as this will be dependent on the course you order and the speed of your internet connection. As a guide, our Linguaphone PDQ download courses are 400mb. Some download courses contain 16 hours worth of material and may take some time; therefore please ensure that you allow plenty of time to complete the download in full.

Can I stop or pause the download at any time?

No, unfortunately not. You will be entiled to up to 3 attempts to complte your dowwload. Each download grants you with a temporary licence, which expires once the download is complete. If you do experience any problems whilst trying to download your file, such as internet connection breakages or power failures, please email Customer Services at sales@linguaphone.co.uk

I have a MAC. Are downloads and our online subscription services compatible with it?

Yes, as long as you have an internet connection you will be fine.

How can I stop Linguaphone emails going into my spam folder?

To prevent you receiving unwanted spam email, some Internet Services Providers (ISP's) block messages from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or on their Safe Senders list. To ensure your emails from Linguaphone reach you, please add news@linguaphone.co.uk to your address book or Safe Senders List.
